Cody is a senior Papillon who needs a retirement home.  He has no teeth (that's why his tongue hangs out) and he came in covered with fleas.    He has a skin condition that I believe is a flea allergy.  He's emaciated and very happy to have soft food.  We would appreciate donations of canned food for him.
He will need to be neutered as the vet has found a testicular tumor.
