Adorable little Jasper was found as a stray near the 6th street bridge in Waterloo.  He is housetrained and neutered.  Gets along with kids, cats, other dogs.  He seems a little hand shy at first but with love and patience that should go away.  He is currently only about 20 pounds and will probably not go over 40 lbs once he's an adult.  His feet are very small.
